  一、大赛名称
  中孟抗击新冠肺炎公益海报设计大赛

  中国驻孟加拉国使馆、中央广播电视总台、孟中友谊中心、Linkus网络科技公司、孟国家艺术院等

  四、面向人群
  专业组（18岁以上，不限国籍）：专业设计师、画家、高校艺术系教师、在校生及毕业生；
  业余组（不限年龄，不限国籍）：设计爱好者、美术爱好者以及热爱艺术、热爱创作人士。
  五、作品要求
  1、主题：以中孟共同战“疫”和防疫为主题，包括中国援孟抗疫、新冠肺炎科普、为医护人员加油、为疫区同胞祈福、积极乐观面对隔离生活、居家期间趣闻等均可作为创作内容。
  2、语言：中文、孟文、英文均可
  3、标识：所有海报需加本次活动标识
  4、版权：作品须为原创且无版权纠纷，作品一经参赛，主办方对作品拥有使用、修改、宣传等权利。
  5、设计要求：
  （1）电子海报：700mm×1000mm（竖版）；颜色模式分别为RGB模式（大小5MB以内）和CMYK模式（作品大小10MB以内）。
  （2）手工海报：700mm*1000mm（竖版）或400mm*700mm（横版）；手工海报水彩、油画、工笔、影像等形式均可。
  注：手工海报需先提供电子版JPG或RGB模式，大小5MB以内，后将实体作品邮寄到指定地址保存
  六、展览时间及平台
  线上展览：2020年4月至6月通过中国驻孟加拉国使馆、中国国际广播电视总台孟语部、孟中友谊中心、Linkus网络科技公司、孟国家艺术院脸书、中国驻孟加拉国使馆微信公众号等平台同时发布。
  线下展览：时间及地点待定。
  获奖及精选作品将装订纪念册。
  七、评选细则
  评选方式：6月中旬由Linkus网络科技公司等平台开通线上网络投票平台，7月中旬举行专家组评选，结合线上网络投票成绩和专家组意见产生最终名次。
  奖项设置：
  一等奖2名（专业组、业余组各1名）：获取价值40,000塔卡精美笔记本电脑一台；一张价值40,000塔卡的达卡至中国南航往返机票一张；将有机会成为Linkus网络科技公司特约设计师；荣誉证书。
  二等奖6名（专业组、业余组各3名）：获取价值15,000塔卡精美智能手机一部；荣誉证书。
  三等奖10名（专业组、业余组各5名）：获取价值8,000塔卡精美智能手表一块；荣誉证书。
  人气奖10名（专业组、业余组各5名）：获取价值3,000塔卡精美双肩背一个；荣誉证书；
  此外，获奖人员将有机会参加孟加拉国青少年访华交流营；
  八、投稿要求：
  请将电脑设计手工海报（电子版）及报名表（若未提交报名表，作品视为无效）投至中国驻孟加拉国使馆文化处公共邮箱：dhaka chinaculture.org；手工海报需将实物邮寄或送至孟中友谊中心办公室，地址：House-12,Road-01,Block-F,Banani Chairman Bari,Dhaka-1213,01754449987;每名设计者作品数量不超过3幅。若设计者同时提交电子海报和手工海报，作品总量不超过3幅。

  2020 Poster Design Competition for China-Bangladesh Fight COVID-19
  The COVID-19 pandemic that first emerged at the end of 2019 is spreading out across the world and threatens the safety of the people of all countries and tests the common wisdom of human society.The grim situation of epidemic prevention and control has led many countries to stand together.Indeed,the only way to defeat COVID-19 is that all humankind unites as one.Bangladesh and China are not only strategic partners,but also close neighbors connected by lasting bonds of friendship.At this crucial stage,the Embassy of China along with other sponsors has decided to launch the‘Together We Win’2020 China-Bangladesh Poster Design Competition for Fighting COVID-19 in aim to increase the awareness of COVID-19 in Bangladesh and send a visual message to encourage the Bangladesh friends who are in panic or suffering from COVID-19.

  Guidelines
  ---Your work should deliver key messages,for example:China and Bangladesh fight COVID-19 togetherOur common enemy is the virus not peopleWe keep social distancing,but our hearts are togetherStand in solidarity to winStay in home for safetyWear mask properlyFind fun in my home and so on.
  ---The text,graphics and images used in the works should comply with the laws of the People's Republic of China and the People's Republic of Bangladesh;No insults,racial discrimination,geographical discrimination or other offensive visual elements.
  ---Only original artwork will be considered and the copyright of the works submitted shall be owned by the author,and the committee of this competition shall have the right to promote,publicize and use the works.
  ---There is no fee charged for this competition.
  ---Language:English/Bengali/Chinese
  ---Logo:Official Logo must be included on the poster.
  Poster Format
  A.Computer Graphic Poster:“700mm*1000mm”(vertical),RGB mode(2MB-5MB)and CMYK mode(5MB-10MB);Each Designer shall submit no more than 3 works.
  B.Manual Poster:“700mm*1000mm”(vertical)or“400mm*700mm”(horizontal),WatercolorOilInkPhoto or other types of painting.
  Exhibition
  ---Online Exhibition will be launched on social media platforms,including Facebook,Weichat,official Website and etc during April to June 2020.
  ---The selected works will be exhibited at appointed art galleries in Bangladesh.
  ---The awarded works will be selected to the Special Commemorative Album.
  Jury and Prize
  ---Jury:The final result will come out according to the votes online and the suggestion from recognized jury panel.
  ---Prize:
  A.Two 1st Prize Winners will be Awarded An Elegant Laptop worth 40,000TK&A Free China South Airline Ticket from Dhaka to China worth 40,000TK&Committee Credential each&Appointed as Linkus Freelance Designer;
  B.Six 2nd Prize Winners will be Awarded An Elegant Smart Phone worth 15,000TK&Committee Credential each;
  C.Ten 3rd Prize Winners will be Awarded An Elegant Smart Watch worth 8,000TK&Committee Credential each;
  D.Ten Online Popularity Prize Winners will be Awarded An Elegant Double Bag worth 3,000TK&Committee Credential each;
  Moreover,the awarded Participants have the opportunity to join the Bangladesh-China Youth Camp.
